BIO

Mr. Cannon has extensive experience in general civil litigation matters. Prior to founding Cannon Law, Justin began his career at Ernst & Young LLP where he was an associate in the Private Equity and State & Local Taxation groups. At Ernst & Young Mr. Cannon negotiated unpaid tax liabilities on behalf of widely known private and public corporations with both state and federal governments. Mr. Cannon also worked as a litigation attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara where he represented massive insurance companies and corporations as a defense attorney. With his negotiation and litigation experience, Justin is equipped with the necessary skills to provide his clients with representation in a broad range of litigation matters.

Mr. Cannon graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from The Pepperdine University School of law and his M.B.A. from The Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business & Management. In addition, Mr. Cannon graduated from The University of Southern California with a Masters of Business Taxation. Justin also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Lloyd George of the Federal District Court of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Mr. Cannon handles a wide variety of sophisticated litigation and transactional matters including: plaintiff-based tort matters and injuries; corporation and LLC formations, operations and dissolutions; business mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; venture capital financings and other equity offerings; institutional, secured, and other loan transactions; technology licenses and other intellectual property agreements; executive and employee plans and agreements; product distribution arrangements; and legal opinions.

Justin is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada and Idaho. He is also a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
